Identity notifications for arrivals and departures at temporary lodging must be filed within the periods set by law — both under Identity Notification Law No. 1774 and so that accurate information can be obtained in disaster-relief work. Please ensure your identity records are up to date to avoid any inconvenience.
Notification requirement
Under the relevant articles of Identity Notification Law No. 1774, lodging activity must be reported to law enforcement. All domestic and foreign guests staying in our home are recorded in the police system regardless of age.
No rental is made to domestic or foreign persons who do not present a valid official identity document.
If a day guest accompanies a registered guest, this must be reported to us.
Registration form
Guests at E-My Marina Çeşme complete and sign the house registration form. It includes full name, Turkish ID number, civil registry details, address, phone, vehicle plate, email and signature.
Identity checks are carried out during registration as required by law. Presenting ID is mandatory. Your information is recorded in the Police Identity Notification System solely for GBT (General Information Gathering) purposes and only for the duration of your stay.
